- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor process enhancements
- Continuously review workflow and suggest changes to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Evaluate existing financial processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Provide technical support for financial systems, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functioning of financial systems
- Facilitate training sessions for staff to enhance their proficiency in using financial software
- Prepare financial analyses to aid in decision-making processes
- Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations
- Support the maintenance of proper internal controls to safeguard financial data and transactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist in creating financial models and projections to support business planning
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field
- Entry level experience in accounting/audit, financial analysis, and process improvement within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint, Concur, Power BI, etc.) with a strong ability to troubleshoot and support users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
