    We are currently looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert to do the following tasks:
    • Support the Deputy Director, CI.
    • Advise DOE CI managers complex wide.
    • Provide guidance in policy development, planning, implementation, execution and coordination of various CI activities.
    • Provide support regarding compliance with applicable USIC national security laws, executive orders, policies, procedures and guidelines.
    • Support the mandate to develop a national CI Program.
    • Participate in/conduct briefings in support of the DOE CI mission, goals, and objectives.
    • Collaborate and coordinate CI policy with the DOE Office of General Counsel, the Department of Justice and the FBI to support the Deputy Director, CI, in fulfilling the mission of the CI program consistent with all applicable laws, Executive Orders, DOE
    Required Experience:
    • 20+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of management experience with a demonstrated emphasis on counterintelligence (CI) collection, reporting, analysis, investigations, operations, or near-term and long- term strategic planning.
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
