As a Junior Consultant in the ServiceNow environment, you will:

  • Support the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products.
  • Be responsible for customizing topicspecific modules.
  • Be responsible for general project support and realize interfaces.
  • Present in German and English.
  • Conduct customer meetings, gather customer requirements, and evaluate them.
  • Prepare trainings and workshops.

What you bring:

  • A successfully completed and relevant qualification.
  • Experience in the described field of activity is desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of Java Script, ITIL, and the Windows environment.
  • Timely implementation of varied requirements and solution and serviceoriented work.
  • Teamwork and a goaloriented, structured, and independent way of working.
  • Very good German (C1) and English (C1) skills in spoken and written form.
  • Willingness to travel.
