We are currently seeking support for our group of occupational medical practices at our Berlin location.


Responsibilities:
In a diverse and varied role, you will support our operations team in daily tasks and the implementation of various processes


This includes:

  • Contract management for new customers, contract extensions and terminations, contract reviews, and communication with relevant departments
  • Creation and updating of templates and assistance in creating presentations
  • Invoicing for services provided
  • Ensuring excellent documentation and knowledge transfer between our different departments and locations

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with experience in the commercial sector
  • You have a quick grasp and a high level of flexibility to familiarize yourself with changing projects
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and a structured, detailoriented, solutionoriented approach to work
  • Excellent MS Office skills and a willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You are communicative, helpful, and patient
