    Process Improvement Manager - Fort Lauderdale, United States - Infotree Global Solutions

    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Process Improvement to join our team.

    As the Manager of Process Improvement, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

    This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively manage teams.


    Duties:

    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
    • Lead crossfunctional teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
    • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation
    • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and goals
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Provide guidance and support to project teams in executing process improvement initiatives
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' understanding of process improvement methodologies
    • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
    • Proven 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, and strategic planning
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand profit loss implications
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
    • Experience with MS Office suite of tools and software, especially Visio and Project.
    • PMP, ACP, or equivalent is a plus
