    Corporate Director of Engineering Position at New Castle Hotels & Resorts


    Compensation:

    Salary Range:
    $140,000 - $160,000 per year (based on experience)
    Additional

    Compensation:
    Director's Bonus - 10% potential Annual

    Cellphone Stipend:
    $75/month

    New Castle Hotels & Resorts, a reputable hotel management company in business for over 40 years, is looking for a Director of Engineering to join their corporate team.

    The company franchises properties across the United States and Canada.

    With 27 current hotels, this is the perfect niche for a passionate people person that loves to help the team & make valuable contributions within an organization.


    Responsibilities:
    Supervise Chief Engineers (Full-Service Hotels) / Maintenance Managers (Select Service Hotels) who report to the General Manager
    Oversee the Transcendent program, including training, monitoring, and support.
    Provide technical expertise and assistance to Engineers as needed.
    Review and support Capital Improvements and Repairs to building mechanical systems in collaboration with General Managers and Corporate Capital Projects team
    Demonstrate expertise in hotel mechanical systems such as refrigeration, fire alarms, plumbing, etc....
    Other duties as assigned.
