    Job Description: The Volunteer & Donations Assistant at Interfaith RISE, under the supervision of the Volunteer & Donations Director, plays a crucial role in coordinating volunteer activities and managing donations to support our programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with IRISE program teams to match volunteers with client and program needs, such as transportation and housing.
    • Assist in managing and distributing donations, and coordinating volunteer engagement.
    • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
    • Handle new volunteer onboarding and background checks.
    • Maintain volunteer hours and donations data accurately.
    • Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

    Education & Experience:

    • Associate's degree or relevant work experience.
    • Familiarity with government-funded or online reporting systems is a plus.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
    • Capability to engage with diverse staff and clients.

    Compensation:

    This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.50, providing you with an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause.
