    Executive Assistant – CIO - Luxury Hospitality Development

    Well-established $8 billion dollars international Luxury Hospitality Development company headquartered in Miami with operations in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Investment Officer and his operational team.

    We are looking for a curious, pro-active, multitasking individual with good communication skills and a contagious positive mindset.

    In this position, your responsibilities will be to:

    • Provide administrative support to the Chief Investment Officer.
    • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries.
    • Maintain frequently changing calendars through Outlook.
    • Prepare expense reports & coordinate international travel arrangements.
    • Assist with creation/modification of presentations and spreadsheets.
    • Draf minutes & track action plans following periodic business meetings.
    • File documents electronically and maintain online database.
    • Actively communicate & collaborate with key stakeholders, internal & external.
    • Assist in organization of key corporate events.
    • Other miscellaneous ad-hoc projects linked to the resorts development.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in office management and executive support (5yrs+).
    • Knowledge of real estate/investment industry a plus but not required.
    • Organized, dynamic, pro-active, multitasker, with respect of deadlines.
    • Strong work ethics, open-minded with positive attitude.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detailed & reliable + ability to handle multiple phone lines & data storage system.
    • Computer skills à excellent Word, intermediate PowerPoint, fair Excel.
    • Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
    • Available for (very) limited travelling, local and international.
