    Assistant Director ofNursing (ADN) ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director of Nursing Services inday-to-day administrative functions Make written or oralreports to necessary personnelMonitor and maintainthe infection control procedures and policies of the facilityParticipate in thedeveloping, planning, conducting, and scheduling of staff development classes,training, and orientationReview and revise careplans and assessmentsMake rounds of thenursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel areperforming their work dutiesMonitor absenteeism tomaintain an adequate number of nursing care personnelMaintain a liaisonwith the residents, their families, support departments, etc.
