Description
Essential Functions:
Oversees and manages sales activities for NPH Properties within Market or Markets as assigned
Creates and maintains an office environment conducive to effective selling customer advocacy
Oversee hiring and training and development of Sales Managers, Property Sales Directors (if
applicable), and Hourly Sales Associates/ Coordinators
Sets booking goals for Sales Team members
Leads as necessary to drive revenue and meet property objectives, guiding Property Directors
and or Managers
Drives both guest and associate satisfaction while ensuring department's financial success
Leads the sales team in focusing on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that
enable achievement of hotel sales objectives
Responsible for development of annual sales and marketing plans for each hotel
Upholds the NPH Guest Service Principles
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
5+ years hotel sales experience
Hotel leadership experience preferred
