    Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

    • Defines business technology needs and requirements.
    • Analyzes, identifies, and documents detailed descriptions of user requirements and program features. May include steps required to develop or modify computer applications.
    • Prepares analysis for production systems, applications, and associated documentation.
    • Interviews end users and documents end user requirements for data, reports and analysis, training, data quality, and/or system performance.
    • Good knowledge of business information data sources and business data rules.
    • Acts as liaison between business and IT.
    • Develops and maintains knowledge of business and technology solutions.
    • Formulates project plans and schedules and communicates project status, plans, and schedule to the business.
    • May organize user testing schedules and scripts.
    • Maintains and configures an application:
    • Implements enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and functionality.
    • Maintains and may create files, standard reports, and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Maintains application security.
    • Documents and communicates systems support issues to end users.
    • May create training materials, schedule training events and/or conduct training.
    • Contributes to test plan creation and testing of the application.
    • Maintains and develops relationships throughout the business and Information Technology.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 2 days in the office and 3 days work from home.

    Job Requirements
    Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    Field of Study: Business, Computer Science or a related discipline.
    Experience: Generally, 3 to 5 years of related experience.
