Pattison, TX's SASAtrend GmbH is an international distributor for fashion and lifestyle brands with headquarters in Aachen. Our sales team, together with a large network, carries out the distribution and marketing activities of our company. With our various brands, we sell to all levels and types of trade throughout Europe.

We represent brands such as DEVOTION TWINS, GOORIN, BSB, CHILLY's, THE GIFT LABEL, SUNNYLIFE, IDEAL OF SWEDEN, and many more.


Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a new team member for telephone customer acquisition. That's where you come in


Your job will include:

  • Telephone sales
  • We will analyze potential customers for you and provide you with background information that you can use for your acquisition
  • You will document and maintain all customer inquiries (calls, emails, chats) diligently in our CRM system

Qualifications:
- (First) experience as a telesales employee, call center agent, in dialogue marketing, or a similar position

  • Fluent German skills and good verbal and written expression, as well as good English skills
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Confident demeanor and positive attitude
  • Initiative, independent work, and resilience
