Payroll Accountant / Compensation Specialist (m/f/d) for Direct Placement, Nuremberg, East Freedom, PA

Our client is a traditional confectionery manufacturer in Nuremberg. For over 90 years, their name has stood for a family-oriented corporate culture and premium quality. On their behalf, we are currently seeking a Payroll Accountant / Compensation Specialist (m/f/d) for direct placement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation of payroll
  • Maintenance of relevant master data
  • Maintenance of data in the time management system
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and companyspecific regulations (compensation and benefits, taxes, social security, works agreements)
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics/provision of processed data
  • Cooperation with authorities and social security institutions

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial vocational training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in payroll accounting is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of taxes and social security
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Organized and structured way of working
  • Team orientation and high social competence
