Design and oversee all promotional marketing materials and ensure branding is consistent.
Interact with internal key stakeholders to effectively deliver our company's message to the public and the media.
Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and businesses) as needed to ensure maximum yield from investment.
Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring their professional growth and development.
Ensure all marketing pieces are compliant and manage client gifting to ensure the firm is compliant with SEC regulations.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.)
Collaborate with sales, operations, and admin staff to streamline processes and procedures and provide clients with the best possible experience.
Manage and maintain collateral inventory, including reporting to monitor collateral levels on a regular basis.Managing media relations, press releases, and external communications to enhance the company's reputation.
Conceptualize, plan, coordinate, and oversee dinner seminars, educational seminars, webinars, and client appreciation events within budget and with excellent attention to detail.
Optimize programs for success by tracking all activities and analyzing metrics to make sound marketing decisions to increase the likelihood of positive ROI.
Manage the creation of publications, advertisements, and other collateral materials (both electronic and print).Desired Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
One or more years' experience in financial industry.
Microsoft Office and general clerical procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize and solve problems.
Experience overseeing multiple projects and/or events.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Canva, Redtail, Adobe, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, Snappy Gifts, Snappy Kraken, LinkedIn, and PPT.
Experience with CRM systems.
