You will ensure our customers needs are at the forefront of your day every step of the way. You'll be flexible, versatile and able to multi-task, demonstrating the ability to plan ahead to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day in your branch. You will actively monitor and analyse branch activity to maximise performance within your team.
**Key Responsibilities**
Full operational running of your branch
To be the face of the West Brom
To influence superior levels of customer service
Providing solutions to individual customers needs
Ability to get things right first time
Proactively leading, managing, training and mentoring of all staff
Maintain a positive team environment
Ownership of individual and your teams development
