Area Manager (mIwId) at Glenwood

Our client is an internationally operating retail company with multiple locations in major cities throughout Germany. To continue their successful growth in the target regions of Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and all of North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for two Area Managers (mIwId).

Location: Frankfurt or Hamburg | Start date: based on personal availability

Responsibilities:

You lead and motivate your team
You are responsible for a district with 4-5 stores
You manage processes and business metrics in the locations
You ensure compliance with company policies
You coach and support the sales team with your expertise and customer focus

Requirements:

You have comprehensive retail knowledge; ideally with a degree or equivalent education
You have extensive experience as a district manager in a consultative retail environment, such as a regional manager for a car rental company, eyewear retailer, or hearing aid specialist
You have a good sense for people and are a team player
