- Lead and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel, including direct oversight of two Production Managers.
- Manage daily production schedules across all shifts, ensuring efficient operations and coordination with Shift Supervisors.
- Liaise with the Maintenance Department to schedule and oversee necessary machine maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor product quality and functionality during production and inspection phases.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of raw materials and supplies, ensuring efficient material usage and minimal waste.
- Perform monthly inventory checks on raw materials and work-in-progress as needed.
- Handle essential HR functions, such as vacation approvals and employee evaluations.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or print production environment, ideally overseeing large teams.
