    Our Proesis team in Dallas, is looking to add a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to the team. This role is ideal for someone with an experienced background in customer facing roles and a passion for problem solving. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for donors and will work closely with our center staff to provide superior customer service. This position will own the center appointment schedule, be the key point of contact for donor questions, and ensure the accurate implementation of donor programs including the ProesisPlus loyalty tiers, monthly marketing campaigns, and other CRM-based processes. The person in this position must have impeccable communication, organization, and attention to detail.

    Requirements

    Role and Requirements:
    • Welcome donors and Center guests with a friendly and positive demeanor
    • Manage the Center schedule by making appointments, rescheduling appointments, and marking no-shows; ensure donors are accurately checked in for their appointments and paid before leaving the facility
    • Ensure the check-in area is presentable and that the center has necessary marketing collateral and/or monthly promotion details
    • Serve as the Center's subject matter expert for the Salesforce CRM and accurately implement CRM-based programs like the ProesisPlus loyalty tiers, center giveaways, and other market initiatives
    • Answer donor questions and resolve problems in an expedient, professional, and welcoming manner
    Qualifications and Education:
    • High school diploma
    • Must have 1-3 years of customer service experience
    • Understanding of Salesforce CRM and CRM-based programs preferred
    • Ability to multitask and complete administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; an ability to handle critical issues in a timely and effective manner
    • Comfort learning technology platforms and conducting business primarily on computer applications
    • Strong communication skills
    • Self-motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision
    Physical Demands:
    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods for up to four (4) hours at a time.
    • Ability to tug, lift, and pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
    • Be able to bend, stoop or kneel and climb stairs or ladder.
    • Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
    • Regularly required to stand; use hands to, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
    • Must be able to enter a walk-in freezer with a temperature of -40 C for short periods.
    • Specific vision and hearing abilities are required to be successful in the role
