Your tasks at Meadow Acres will include independently managing the ongoing financial accounting (creditor, debtor, bank, cash, fixed asset accounting, as well as travel expense settlement).

You will also be involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB. In addition, you will handle payment transactions and monitor liquidity. This role will also involve creating monthly sales tax returns and statistical reports. You will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts and clarifying accounting issues. You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Collaboration with various departments within our organization and acting as a contact person for tax consultants and auditors will also be part of your responsibilities.


Your profile should include a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a certified accountant or a comparable qualification.

You should also have relevant professional experience in the financial and accounting field. In addition, you should have a solid understanding of commercial and tax regulations and be proficient in HGB. Experience with IFRS is also preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications and various ERP systems is required. Your structured, independent, and reliable work style, as well as your analytical skills, will set you apart. Fluency in German and good English skills are also necessary. Your proactive approach to suggesting improvements and openness to current digitization topics will round out your profile.
