Home Instead is a global leader in providing senior care at home and we are currently seeking a caregiver according to §53b SGB XI or career changers to join our team. We offer a secure workplace with good conditions.

Our services include in-home care, care outside the home, assistance with basic care and activating household tasks. We also provide relief for family caregivers and specialized care for individuals with dementia.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A positive attitude towards working with seniors
  • Honesty and the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ideally, you have completed training according to §53b, 53c SGB XI or have the desire to do so with us
  • Alternatively, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in caregiving
  • Compassion, empathy, patience, reliability, flexibility, and openness
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in German (spoken and written)
  • Physical and mental resilience
  • Neat appearance
  • A valid driver's license or ideally your own car

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In-home care, such as entertainment, playing games, reading, scheduling appointments, and handling mail
  • Accompanying clients outside the home
