    Responsibilities:
    Create & maintain a high-performance sales teamLead and drive the development of team and individual's performanceCollaborative leader who serves as a player/coach to help a geographically distributed team consistently meet goals in a virtual environmentMeet and exceed sales targets by building customer relationships & effectively communicating with customers and team membersDemonstrate expertise and mastery in sales and sales management function by training to strengthen and increase industry, product, leadership, and sales skillsCreate and execute a strategic sales plan for team that aligns to organizational goalsSupport strategizing team members' pipeline review, account plans, identify opportunities for increased business & efficiencyProminent contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture, and as a brand ambassadorSupport interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent


    Skills and Qualifications:
    BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent field sales work experienceMinimum of 5 years with proven track record of success in sales related industry and/or SAAS preferredMinimum 3+ years' experience of B2B sales leadership in sales related industry and/or SAAS preferredStrong leadership skillsAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office suite – specifically Excel and PowerPointAdvanced skills using CRM technology platformsWorking knowledge of social selling mediumsProficient with virtual meeting platformsProficient with conversational intelligence platforms
