Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- An ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced work environment
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and customer service software
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
