  • Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • An ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced work environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and customer service software
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
