- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation construction projects.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise and provide guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with quality control and safety personnel to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate project status updates, milestones, and issues to project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Participate in project meetings, providing input and guidance to support project objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
- Assist in the resolution of any disputes, claims, or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in industrial or commercial construction environments is preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is a plus.
