Our work includes planning and construction supervision in the field of civil and structural engineering, from small and large renovation projects to large new buildings.

Our project teams are usually made up of several specialized areas of engineering services.

Here's what you'll do with us:

  • Construction supervision/management, coordination, support and billing of new buildings as well as renovations in the field of civil and structural engineering
  • Reviewing execution documents from external companies
  • Measurement control
  • Monitoring of deadlines
  • Managing claims and additional costs
  • Ensuring safety and quality in execution
  • Collaboration in project teams Here's what you'll bring to the table:
  • Degree in civil engineering (Bachelor; Diplom (FH)), architecture or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of construction supervision/management for medium to very large construction projects
  • Good knowledge of construction law: VOB, HOAI, etc.
  • Knowledge of calculation and billing software (AVA software)
  • Specialized knowledge in the repair, protection, connection and reinforcement of concrete components, SIVV certificate desirable
  • Independent, structured and self-sufficient work style, flexibility
  • Team and communication skills (German language skills at least C2)
