- Oversee project and program contracts, scopes, budgets, and teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Communicate key objectives, strategies, and priorities to a variety of stakeholders and contributors.
- Oversee program performance and reporting for multiple energy efficiency programs.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to design and launch diverse business offerings including but not limited to prescriptive rebates, business kits, small business direct install, and demand response.
- Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects including quality of work product, client communications, scheduling, and utilizing internal and external delivery team members to delivery results.
- Collaborate with marketing, software, outreach, data analysis, customer service, and partner teams.
- Establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients and partners, including identifying and anticipating needs and proposing solutions.
- Promptly and accurately address client concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships.
- Coordinate with client, delivery team members, and industry partners to identify program challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboratively develop, present, and implement recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategies based on market intel gathered from early program activity.
- Facilitate effective change management and balance innovation with risk management.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers, vendors, delivery team members, and industry partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business is required.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience with Residential or Commercial customer focused utility programs.
- A strong understanding of energy efficiency programs and measures
- Demonstrated experience with project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while balancing schedules and budgets.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desired.

Job DescriptionResource Innovations is seeking a Program Manager in San Juan, PR to provide program management support for LUMA Energy's Energy Efficiency programs. As a Program Manager with Resource Innovations, you will lead the program launch of LUMA Energy business energy efficiency programs, serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, foster a collaborative and productive culture focused on continuous improvement, and deliver on contractual requirements. The successful candidate will have five or more years of direct experience managing residential or commercial programs.
