Your Responsibilities:

As the Manager (m/f/d), you will have both the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Engineering department (design and technical project management)
You will have overall technical responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring projects
Your tasks will also include optimizing and improving internal processes and workflows, including value creation processes
You will be the main point of contact for all technical questions and issues related to the product group, both internally and externally with customers and suppliers
You will also promote clear design guidelines for the R&D department to further standardize the product range

Our Requirements:

You have a degree in engineering, specializing in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or chemical engineering
You have extensive knowledge in the technical field, from production processes to plant planning
You have proven experience in managing employees
You have fluent German and English skills
