Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

This position is to be filled at our location in Weiterstadt in the take-away logistics department of the furniture store.

Your tasks

Contact person (m/f/d) for our customers' concerns
Processing of customer inquiries
Recording of complaints
Interface between our customers, the warehouse, and sales
Communication with suppliers and manufacturers
Telephone service
Documentation and management of data in various IT systems

Your profile

Completed commercial training or a trade apprenticeship with further commercial qualifications
Ideally, first professional experience in customer service
High level of service and customer orientation
Friendly and confident demeanor
