- Lead and champion the deployment of the SPS.

- Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), in partnership with the VP of CI, to measure the operational performance and improvement of the Management Systems, Improvement Systems, and Work Systems.

- Performs Gemba walks and organizational assessments.

- A Lean / Continuous Improvement, Toyota Production System Practitioner with 7+ years' experience and a 'hands-on' track record of implementing successful Toyota Production System / lean fundamentals including elements such as:
- Visual management/5S, value stream mapping, standard work, metric boards, stand-up meetings and project funnel coordination
- Expertise in problem-solving utilizing a formal program/process.
- A holistic thinker who can look enterprise-wide to integrate and streamline systems.
- Able to drive strategic thinking and continuous improvement in both non-operational and operational areas, including cross-functional resources to improve extended value streams.
- Passion for driving improvement and leading change in a complex, global environment.
- Proven track record for developing, training, and coaching teams.
- Great communicator, including solid written, oral and presentation-giving skills.

SIG Performance System's scope includes Management Systems, Work Systems, and Improvement Systems. It is principles-based and delivers performance through a better each day mindset. It aligns our Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategy to create value.
The Director, SIG Performance System, will Architect, Engineer and Champion the SPS.
The ideal candidate for this position is a changemaker. They can lead an enterprise transformation. They can coach employees on the shopfloor, and in the back office. They can educate, motivate, and inspire the C-suite. They can identify and deploy strategic initiatives. And they are passionate about applying scientific thinking to identify better ways of working.
