- Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization.
- Champion and implement lean manufacturing principles throughout the facility.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and operators.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster professional development.
- Promote a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet financial targets.
- Keen focus on driving improved productivity and managing earned hours.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain and improve product quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- 5 + experience as a Plant Manager in a large-scale manufacturing facility.
- Background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Watts is looking for a strategic, results and people first oriented Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our Franklin NH facility. You will successfully manage large-scale manufacturing facilities, implement lean methodologies, familiarize yourself with foundry operations, and drive operational excellence. You will be onsite full-time in Franklin, NH, and report to the Vice President, Valves and Drains Operations.
