Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring the site pool in a courteous, well-mannered, and discreet fashion. You must be a friendly individual with a passion for hospitality and a love for customer service.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Follow and enforce company, community, and pool area policies and procedures. This includes disinfecting.
- Checkin and track all residents and guests accordingly
- Welcome owners or guests arriving at or visiting the pool area and consistently offer a professional, friendly, highservice experience
- Keep pool area clean of debris and trash
- Keep chairs and tables straight and set at a uniform incline position
- Assist owners and/or guests with lounge chairs if needed
- Report all incidents and/or mechanical or janitorial issues to appropriate staff/management as applicable
- Perform water quality testing and recording as needed
- Water poolside plants/flowers as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Friendly Personality
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk the pool area for extended periods at a time
- Ability to squat and bend to take water quality tests and temperature readings
- Ability to work outside in the elements, including sun and high summer temperatures (shad is available)
- Ability to work at a fast pace attending to needs quickly
- Ability to rearrange pool chairs and loungers
