    Join us at the Indianapolis campus as we seek an Academic Dean to expand and refine our training courses, while providing guidance and inspiration to our faculty and students as well as direct the recruitment, development, and management of a top-notch team dedicated to crafting innovative curricula and programs.

    ResponsibilitiesEncourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln TechEmphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellenceMake effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policiesAssist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirementsContribute to curriculum development and implementationEncourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluationsFocus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programsMaintain appropriate records in compliance with state, accrediting body, and Company policiesCompile and follow-up on supply and training equipment requestsReport to Campus PresidentAdditional Requirements 5+ years of management experienceExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to solve problems and issues creativelyAttention to detail and desire for continuous improvement and innovationPreferredMaster's degree in Education or related fieldFull
