You support the project manager in the execution of HR projects
You handle initial contact with candidates (via phone and database)
You actively work with business networks (e.g. XING) and conduct phone interviews for pre-selection
You manage the applicant process (reviewing applications, creating qualification profiles, ongoing communication with applicants)
You update and maintain databases and post job advertisements
