- Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our Family Wellness and YMCA community.
- Utilizing our operations software for member check-ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing.
- Staying knowledgeable about all Family Wellness and YMCA programs and services to assist members effectively.

As a Member Services Representative, you will serve as the face of Family Wellness, delivering exceptional service to our members, guests and program participants. This job is located at the Family Wellness facility at th Ave SE in Mandan.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who displays the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Previous customer service, sales or related experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills required. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Basic knowledge of computers required.
