    **Customer Service Representative**

    Bismarck, 3205 E Thayer, Bismarck, ND 58501

    **TITLE OF POSITION:** Customer Service Representative **REPORTS TO:** Customer Service Manager **JOB PURPOSE:** To assist customers with orders and any problems.

    **JOB RESULTS:**

    Answers phone regarding shortages, overages, pick-ups, and orders.

    Keys into computer all credits and pick-ups.

    Requests price books and build-ups for customers.

    Prepares scratch reports for salesmen.

    Keys in and prints all shelf labels for customers, merchandisers and sales representatives.

    Sends out mail to sales representatives and merchandisers daily.

    **REQUIREMENTS:**

    High school education or equivalent.

    Two years customer relations experience.

    Knowledge of Excel

    Experience with computers and 10-key required.

    Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills preferred.
