Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of workers in water damage restoration projects.
Efficiently manage project timelines and schedules.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
Address objections effectively and showcase sales intuition when interacting with clients.
Maintain an organized and methodical mentality, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Be open to constructive criticism and continuously seek improvement.
Handle pressure with a positive and realistic personality.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Water Damage/Restoration.
Previous customer service experience.
Xactimate experience preferred.
Insurance claim experience preferred.
Bilingual proficiency preferred.
Construction experience is preferred.
Possession of a valid California Driver's License is required.

Qualifications:

Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (preferred).
Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred).

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation structure, ranging from $72,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, based on performance. Performance metrics include new project acquisition, project completion, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type:

Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
