    A dynamic and multi-disciplinary architecture firm based Austin is looking for a Technical Design Manager. We specialize in creating innovative and sustainable designs that inspire and transform spaces.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a Senior Technical Architectyou will play a crucial role in leading theteam towards architectural excellence.

    You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members on best practices, managing quality assurance and quality control processes, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of technical integrity.

    Key Responsibilities
    Provide leadership and guidance to the architectural team in all technical aspects of project delivery.
    Mentor and coach team members on best practices for architectural design, documentation, and construction detailing.

    Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.

    Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and coordinated design solutions.

    Review project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

    Stay informed about emerging technologies, materials, and construction methods, and provide recommendations for their integration into project designs.

    Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate technical aspects of project designs and address any client concerns or requirements.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
    Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice
    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software applications.
    Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach team members.
    Demonstrated experience in managing quality assurance and quality control processes for architectural projects.
    Proven track record of successfully delivering technically complex projects on time and within budget.
    LEED accreditation and/or experience with sustainable design practices is preferred.
