Your responsibilities include: * Conducting the entire operational purchasing process * Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring delivery deadlines and quality standards are met * Checking and recording invoices, as well as verifying customs documents/invoices * Maintaining purchasing master data * Collaborating with project management to evaluate new suppliers and negotiate conditions, prices, and contract terms * Identifying potential cost savings and optimizing purchasing processes * Monitoring electronic tax assessments (exports) * Potentially assisting with accounting tasks and financial statements Your profile: * Completed commercial apprenticeship * Several years of experience in purchasing * Experience in exports and/or financial accounting is advantageous * Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
