- Drive the implementation of the IBP process across the organization through effective stakeholder management and change management techniques
- Assist in preparing all data and presentations needed to support the monthly IBP process including portfolio review, global demand review (GDR), global supply review (GSR), integrated reconciliation (IR), and management business review (MBR)
- Analyzes and provide root cause analysis to quantify MoM changes related to demand, sales, and supply at regional and global level across all platforms to provide end-to-end visibility to drive action to mitigate risk
- Manage the monthly planning cycle and facilitate decision making and recommendations to leadership to drive timely actions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to develop, adopt, mature, and improve the IBP process, ensuring global standardization and best practice usage
- Assists IBP lead in driving monthly actions that will resolve demand
- Deliver monthly scorecard driving action to deliver our operational forecast and sales
- Support key projects as needed
- Collaborates with cross functional partners in Region, Planning, Operations, Procurement and Business to optimize the planning process within each partners area
- Works collaboratively with cross functional partners to assist in delivering key projects in support of IBP which will minimize inventory investment, maximize customer growth opportunities, and drive supply chain optimization
- Coordinates, facilitates, and documents scheduled planning meeting actions and output
- Measures controls, and improves S&OP plan accuracy through clear, defined metrics
- Presents and manages key performance metrics to provide root cause analysis and recommendations for performance improvement that represent a meaningful business impact analysis
- Delivers Communication that is clear, direct, and fact based
- Turns data into information to drive decision making and action
- Assists with weekly, monthly leadership presentations
- Explores and Implements potential innovative opportunities:
- Automation of data collection
- Performance management, reporting automation, and digitization leveraging technology to move away from manual xls spreadsheet process
- Standardize metrics dashboard
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations
- 5 Years experience in Supply Chain (Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning, Scheduling, Lifecycle management)
- Strong Working knowledge of S&OE and S&OP with implementation experience
- Experience with Statistical Forecasting Tools and Advanced Planning Systems Software
- Action oriented, results driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence key stakeholders, work independently, collaboratively, and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time

Job Description Summary
The IBP analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting integrated business planning (IBP) throughout the business unit product platforms across all regions and plants.
This role requires a natural leader and facilitator who is driven, analytical, critical thinker, detail and action oriented, organized, and enjoys developing business processes.
The IBP analyst will help drive IBP transformation and expand the process throughout the business units to link demand and supply execution.
The IBP analysts responsibility will include supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the end-to-end supply chain that enables capacity, optimizes inventory, delivers customer service and revenue.
The IBP analyst will assist the central UCC S&OP team in driving a culture of change and continuous improvement through performance measures, collaboration, and feedback throughout the Supply Chain Process.
The IBP analyst collaborates with associates from different functional areas to drive continuous improvement, organizational standards, and best practices supporting each IBP step.
