Description

Job Title: Loan Workout Associate

Location : West Des Moines, IA. (HYBRID-3 days in office )

Duration: 18 Month contract with chance of extension.

Pay Rate: 22-24/HR

Industry: Financial Services

Required Qualifications :

2+ year of relevant professional experience

EXCEL experience is very valuable in this role

Financial services background is needed

Responsibilities :

Covers jobs responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediation's, and/or settlements.

Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.

Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.

Team Duties:-This team manages and supports the control step

The team is part of the recovery department, and is a last stop in the settlement review process

The largest portion of the case review is in Credit Cards-Daily and weekly reports are received, the contractor will receive a control or process and each day they work the accounts

The team is not customer facing
