We are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader Human Resources (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in Haar near Munich.

Your tasks:

As Team Leader Human Resources (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

In this position, you will have overall responsibility for the management and strategic direction of the human resources department for approximately 300 employees, divided into 5 legal entities
You will work with the board of directors and management on all matters related to labor law and organizational development, and will be responsible for the further development of key HR processes
You will define and shape the structural, procedural, methodological, resource, and communication requirements for a modern, businessoriented, and culturedefining human resources management to support future growth
You will strengthen the company and leadership culture across all areas
You will be responsible for the further development of personnel controlling and the digitalization of the HR department
Additionally, you will monitor and analyze key personnel indicators and performance metrics
You will act as the first point of contact for audits and inspections in the field of human resources
