We are currently seeking candidates for our projects in the Mannheim area

If you have several years of practical experience in construction management and are looking to take on responsibility for the economic management of construction projects, as well as contribute to the development of our company, then we should get to know each other

Responsibilities:

Responsible construction management of building projects in the raw and civil engineering sector, taking into account economic and technical objectives
Participation in negotiations with clients and subcontractors
Support in proposal processing, planning coordination, and construction supervision
Participation in tendering and awarding contracts
Control, acceptance, and invoicing of subcontractor services
Work preparation and creation of construction schedules

Qualifications:

Practical experience as a construction manager, ideally in the highrise and industrial construction sector
Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering, or further training as a statecertified technician in building construction
Proficient in using standard IT applications (Microsoft Office)
Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible
