We are looking for you to join our team as a
Tax Consultant (m/f/d)

Full-time (= 39 hours/week):


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of tax returns for clients (individuals and companies) and providing advice on tax, business, and assetrelated matters
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and representation before tax authorities and courts
  • Consulting on company formation, asset planning, tax optimization, and minimizing future tax burdens
  • Conducting voluntary audits for companies not required to have statutory audits
  • Acting as trustee, asset manager, executor, guardian, bankruptcy administrator, liquidator, estate administrator, and independent and neutral expert in civil, criminal, and administrative law matters, as well as insolvency proceedings
