Service Advisor (m/f/d) for Toyota in Wächtersbach.


Your tasks:


  • Appointment scheduling and order acceptance, as well as technical service advice for our customers at the vehicle
  • You support our customers in every step of the service consultation and build a trusting customer relationship
  • You approach customers openly and sympathetically, take their wishes and questions seriously, and thus live customer orientation and service quality at a high level
  • You create the invoice for the commissioned work
  • As the contact person for your customers, you know exactly about the work carried out, order extensions and invoice items and can quickly provide information
  • You handle warranty and goodwill claims safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines
  • You represent the aftersales department of our company
