    About the Job

    Responsibilities:

    • Learn and master at least two clinical front office operations within 6-12 months, such as Registration, Scheduling, Insurance Entry, and more.
    • Stay updated on the Epic electronic medical record system and clinic policies.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and the community.
    • Communicate effectively with team members for optimal patient care.
    • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a tidy waiting area.
    • Manage clinic inventory and necessary supplies.
    • Carry out core functions related to patient or research records.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED with customer service experience; completion of CSA competencies within 6-12 months.
    • Related degree or experience preferred.
