- Delivers, sets up and installs small to medium size digital office technology equipment i.e. multi-functioning copiers, mail machines, telephones, etc. to customers offices.
- Safely driving company van to customers' offices, interacting with customers about details of their order, education of the new installed equipment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicates with customers to understand copier/IT helpdesk issues probing when necessary to understand, diagnose, and resolve issues while educating customers to minimize future calls.
- Maintains time, resources and urgency of issue to assist customers in timely manner.
- Documents all work in company database for tracking purposes.

- Previous computer/network/helpdesk, delivery and customer service experience.
- Physical endurance to be on feet, bending, stooping, stretching, and driving/traveling between office locations, carry heavy equipment up to 100 lbs.
