During your training, you will acquire extensive technical knowledge, which will be complemented by practical experience in modern chemical plants.


Typical tasks in this profession include:

  • Installation of systems and equipment for energy supply and electrical engineering
  • Designing changes and expansions of electrical systems
  • Testing functions and safety devices of electrical systems
  • Analyzing malfunctions and taking immediate measures for repair The practical training takes place at our plant in Schkopau. The training is completed with the nationally recognized IHK examination and is a good prerequisite for future work as an electronics technician for automation technology with us, as well as in any other modern chemical company.

Applicant requirements Educational qualification:

Secondary school / advanced secondary school leaving certificate / high school diploma / technical college entrance qualification Special requirements: For this profession, we are looking for applicants with a very good secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma.

Good to very good grades in mathematics, physics, chemistry, German, and English are required, as well as a willingness to engage in physical activities.

  • Understanding of physical, technical, and chemical processes and connections
  • Abstract thinking skills and observational abilities
  • Patience, endurance, and ability to concentrate
