- Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
- Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
- Check electrical testing equipment to check all electrical circuits and components
- Follow all applicable policies, codes, standards, and safety procedures
- Enter completed projects and the parts used into database
- Must be able to install heat pumps and other types of units in a professional manner that passes inspection the FIRST time
- Removing old systems
- Install new systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicates well with customers and inside staff
- Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
- Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working in small crawl spaces and attics
- We require candidates to have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
- Drivers license required
- Pass a drug screen
- Work well in a team environment
- Experience in HVAC installation is a must
