    Tired of working weekends and after-hours on-call duty?? Our family-owned company does NOT work our techs on weekends or after hours Each of our techs are a valued member of our family and is treated as such. We don't push upsells to our customers and we focus on doing the repair right with great customer service. If you are tired of being used and abused - We're looking for an experienced and professional HVAC service technician to help our growing list of customers stay comfortable. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing HVAC equipment. I am looking for good techs who want great pay. If you have good morals and ethics, we are the shop for you.     We are hiring for techs in the Fayetteville metro area, Goldsboro area, and the Raleigh metro areas.

    Compensation:

    $20 - $40 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
    • Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment for homes and offices
    • Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
    • Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
    • Check newly installed components to make sure they work
    • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, treating all residents with courtesy and respect
    • Accurately diagnose problems and make repairs when responding to all service requests assigned
    • Perform the maintenance needed and/or replacements of units, ductwork, etc.
    • Help to replace HVAC units as necessary
    • Be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
    • Be prompt and diligent in tasks performed
    Qualifications:
    • Certification or associate's degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
    • Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
    • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
    • Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with help
    • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver
    • You must have experience in service, diagnosing, repairs, and replacements of HVAC units
    • Communication skills are a must
    • A friendly and positive attitude is a must
    • Must be dependable and honest
    • Must be able to pass a drug screening
    • Must have an active driver's license in good standing
