is a non-profit sports club with the goal of promoting recreational sports in the district of Laim, in the western part of Munich and beyond.

For approximately 2,600 club members in 12 departments, we are looking for an executive board member to work full-time in the board of directors.

The board will be registered in the club register and represents the club both internally and externally. It is a significant position within the club, focusing on organizational, conceptual, and administrative tasks.

Position Title:
Executive Board Member according to §26 of the German Civil Code (BGB). It is a challenging and diverse role with a high degree of creative freedom. There is an opportunity to develop a traditional club and implement ideas and projects. The board has a high visibility and network.

Job Description:

Within the club, the board is accompanied and supported by a voluntary supervisory board and advisors according to the club's statutes.

Responsibility for the overall club in cooperation with the supervisory board.
Overview of club activities in terms of sports and conceptual development of the sports program together with the departments.
Financial management and ensuring the club's economic viability in cooperation with the supervisory board.
