Description

We are looking for a motivated employee (m/f/d) for First Level On-Site Support.

Position:
First Level On-Site Support (m/f/d)

Location:
Würselen

Working hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Support and assistance for employees on-site with IT problems and disruptions

Experience with ticket systems required

Acceptance, processing, and resolution of support requests via phone, email, or in person

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues

Documentation of support processes and creation of reports

Close collaboration with Second Level Support and other departments

Training of employees on IT systems as needed

Requirements:

Professional experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support

Good knowledge of operating systems

Basic understanding of network technologies

Service-oriented and communicative personality

Teamwork and independent work style

Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
